What Fayo is

Fayo is a career guidance tool for students in Kerala. It offers informed suggestions based on your answers and our verified Kerala career data — it does not guarantee any outcome (a job, admission, or exam result), and it is not a substitute for advice from a school counselor, doctor, or mental health professional.

Your responsibility

Career decisions are yours to make. Fayo shows you options and explains its reasoning; verify specifics (fees, admission dates, eligibility) with the named institution or exam body before acting, since these can change.

Age and consent

Fayo's free assessment is open to students aged 14 and up without needing guardian involvement, since it does not collect your name or any identifying information. If you choose to save your result, which requires an email address, and you are under 18, please do so only with your parent or guardian's permission — see our Privacy Policy for details.

No liability for outcomes

Fayo does not claim that following a recommended path will result in employment, admission, or any specific outcome. Where we report outcomes from other students, we report them honestly as correlations, not guarantees.

Changes

We may update these terms as Fayo changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
